In addition to your salary and supporting your professional development, we offer a number of excellent benefits for all our employees.

Private Healthcare through BUPA after successfully passing your probation period, all employees are entitled to Vitality Core Cover which includes a variety of benefits. This is a P11d benefit and is arranged via our external benefits provider St James’ Place

After completing your probation, the company will pay for your inclusion on a private dental insurance plan. This is provided through DenPlan and is a P11d benefit arranged via our external benefits provider St James’ Place

After you have successfully passed your probation period, Leyton will match up to 5% meaning a total contribution of 10%

We offer employees a loan to buy their annual season ticket, this is at zero interest and is paid back in monthly instalments

After 2 or more years’ complete service you will be eligible for our Enhanced Maternity Benefit which is paid at the rate of 100% of your normal basic salary for the first 16 weeks of your maternity leave. Thereafter you will receive SMP subject to eligibility. Paternity Leave – all employees are entitled to up to 2 weeks’ 100% paid paternity leave

Where possible, we will consider part-time opportunities that fit around your other commitments

I think that’s why people want to work here. At the end of the day there are loads of sales jobs out there which can provide you with a good commission structure, but at Leyton it’s the progression, the people and the management which are second to none

Munpreet Mudhar – Talent Development

Munpreet graduated in 2017 with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. After deciding that the lab life wasn’t for her, she joined the Sales Development team, targeting clients within the science industry for one year before progressing to management and later being promoted to Talent Development Manager

Sam Wooldridge – Business Development

After graduating, Sam joined Leyton in October 2018 as a Sales Development Representative. After one year in the Sales Development role, Sam was promoted to Business Development Manager, of which he has now successfully completed one year client-facing; assisting British businesses to gain R&D Tax Relief.
