Corporate Social Responsibility

Through the Sustainability program by Leyton, we are developing coordinated actions based on our partners’ experience in technical, energy and economic transition.

From an idea to reality

As a group, Leyton is committed to a number of associations and foundations whose social and environmental causes we support. Since its creation, Leyton has embarked on numerous social and environmental projects. From 2018 to 2022, the Leyton Sailing Team, crewed by Sam Goodchild, took part in various sporting events in the Ocean Fifty.
The boat not only competed on behalf of Leyton, but was also used to showcase innovative start-up projects within its Tech Lab, most of which were related to environmental conservation and resource optimisation. The Leyton Sailing team also acted as spokespeople for projects such as the Magenta Project, which promotes the presence of women in the world of sailing, and other causes such as Save the Turtles and Pure Ocean.

We sail For the People and For the Planet

Since the beginning of 2023, and under the pillars that characterise the Leyton Group, based on our values and innovative character, Leyton, with a well-known cyber security company as sponsors, and two social and environmental impact partners, co-founded We Sail for People and for the Planet.

This project, characterised as one of the first ‘maritime teams’, aims to harness the emotional power of sport and the influence of the media to promote those social and environmental causes aligned with the Leyton Group as a whole, and create a real impact.
