Leyton has been a great place to start my career after leaving University. I wasn’t sure what path I wanted to take, but Leyton has allowed me to grow and develop my skills as well as open up many exciting doors for further progression.

Having worked in both the sales and consultancy side of the business, I can honestly say that Leyton helps you achieve your goals. With various venues in the business to consider, I don’t believe anything is out of reach, and know that my managers will support me on whichever path I take.

I started Leyton right as the pandemic started. I was a little nervous about starting remotely, but everyone made me feel so welcome. Since then, I’ve settled into a great team and taken advantage of the resources Leyton offers. I’ve developed my skills and advanced my career in ways I never thought possible at my previous company.

Coming from the narrow field of Aerospace/Defence Engineering, Leyton has given me incredible exposure to various industries like engineering, architecture, and construction, vastly broadening my knowledge! I’ve also advanced significantly, starting as a Technical Consultant and now leading a UK Consulting Cell. The best part about Leyton is the people – my colleagues across consulting and sales create a truly wonderful atmosphere.
