We’re delighted to announce that Leyton UK has received Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) accreditation from the CMI.
The accreditation has been given for our consultant development pathway. This means that those who successfully complete the programme will receive Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) accreditation – a qualification recognised as the highest professional status that can be achieved in management consulting, which is also used by some of the world’s leading consulting firms.
“Gaining ChMC programme accreditation is a great achievement, and a milestone that you (Leyton) should be very proud of,” said Stephanie Sears, ChMC Engagement Manager at the CMI.
“ChMC status rewards consistency, high levels of professional competence and achievement. The accreditation is a testament to both the high standards of our consultant training programme and, of course, our brilliant consultants themselves,” said Claudia Grant, Head of Consultant Learning and Leadership Development at Leyton UK.
“We really believe in lifelong learning at Leyton UK, and this is yet another way for us to support our team members as they go through their career journey,” she added.
The ChMC accreditation is the latest in a line of prestigious awards that recognise our commitment to our people following our accreditation as an Exceptional Learning Organisation by the Learning and Performance Institute as well as our certification as a Great Place To Work.
“Our consultants play a central role in helping our clients secure valuable funding initiatives,” said James Swift, Director of Talent Development at Leyton UK.
“They work incredibly hard and are each passionate about bettering themselves through training and professional development. It’s fantastic to see that their dedication will now be rewarded with such a prestigious professional qualification from the CMI.”
