We’re delighted to announce that Leyton UK has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2025, in the large and super-large workplace category.
The 2025 list was revealed by Great Place To Work® UK, and is further proof of our dedication to creating a workplace culture that prioritises our people.
The news follows on from our certification as a Great Place to Work®, which recognises that we offer an ‘exceptional employee experience’.
To be listed as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™, employees must respond to an anonymous survey from Great Place to Work®, which scores companies across areas such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and whether the employee experience is consistent across all departments and seniority levels.
According to Great Place to Work®: “Only those employers who have the highest levels of trust, job satisfaction, and who empower ALL their employees to thrive both in and outside of work are awarded official Best Workplaces™ recognition.”
Welcoming the news, Brian Graham, Managing Director of Leyton UK, said: “We’re proud to share that Leyton UK has been named one of 2025’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ by Great Place to Work®. This achievement belongs to our people, whose energy and commitment make Leyton such a great place to work and grow.”
“We’re not stopping here. We’ll keep investing in our teams, listening to their ideas, and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive and feel valued,” he added.
Our success as a business comes from our holistic way of doing things, which starts with our people.
“Leyton is a high-functioning business,” explained Craig Hale, Head of Consulting at Leyton UK. “We achieve results at scale without any sacrifice on quality. That’s something we’re especially proud of, and it’s part of how we train and support our people.”
“After all, we’re a people business. We give our employees the space to thrive. We’ve also fostered a high-energy, collaborative environment, which creates such a high-performing team. So, we get good results for our people, our clients, and ultimately for the business.”
“It’s therefore very rewarding to see that our approach has now been validated by the global authority on workplace culture,” he added.
We prioritise our people because we believe they’re at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to supporting their wellbeing, growth and sense of belonging, whether through our enhanced family-friendly policies, coaching, our comprehensive employee assistance programme, financial wellbeing seminars, or opportunities to give back to our communities through paid volunteering with Neighbourly.
By investing in our people and their wellbeing, we’re building not just a successful business but also a workplace where everyone can thrive, and one we’re proud to call among the UK’s Best Workplaces 2025.
