Leyton Capital Advisors Secures GLIF Debt Funding for Oaktree Power's Energy Innovation Expansion

Leyton Capital Advisors facilitates debt funding for innovative energy flexibility management solution software Oaktree Power from the Greater London Investment Fund (GLIF) to finance growth and expansion plans.

OakTree Power is re-inventing electricity markets by matching blue-chip industrial and commercial clients existing electrical assets to a new and growing cross border flexibility marketplace generating recurring revenue streams. Empowering companies to cut energy expenses and reduce carbon emissions to accelerate net-zero goals.

OakTree Power’s Pan-European platform provides a crucial digital infrastructure layer to accelerate the energy transition, each time their clients provide flexibility services they decarbonise the networks around them, systematically lowering network cost, speeding up integration of renewables, and ultimately lowering the wholesale cost of energy while reducing the carbon intensity of energy system, providing a substantial societal benefit for generations to come.

Lead by Stephen Mitchell, Investment Manager for The FSE Group, which manages the £55 million GLIF debt fund on behalf of Funding London, GLIF have provided a bespoke debt funding package to support Oaktree Power’s growth strategy.
