- Leyton UK has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ for the second year running.
- The recognition comes from Great Place To Work® UK’s anonymous annual employee survey.
We’re delighted to announce that, for the second year in a row, Leyton UK has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ in the large and super-large workplace category.
The list was revealed this morning by Great Place To Work® UK and is created using anonymous feedback from employees working in the industry. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
Leyton’s people emerged as a clear and recurring theme throughout our feedback survey. As one employee said, “The pace and ambition of the business is driven by the people who work here. People genuinely care about doing a great job and it shows in how we do business.” This was echoed by another employee’s comment: “We make our people feel welcome from minute one, day one, and that sense of belonging continues as we work and progress within the company – largely due to our colleagues and the relationships we build with each other here.”
What this recognition means to Leyton UK
Brian Graham, Managing Director of Leyton UK, said: “To be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services for the second year running is an achievement we should all be incredibly proud of.
“But this recognition isn’t about an award or a title. It’s about our people. The way you support each other, challenge us to be better, look after our clients and bring energy and ambition to Leyton every day.
“This year, our message is simple: You make the difference. And this recognition proves exactly that. Thank you for everything you continue to bring to Leyton.”
Great Place To Work® UK congratulates Leyton UK
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK, said: “The consulting and professional services sector continues to evolve rapidly, with organisations adapting to new technologies and changing client demands. In this environment, the very best workplaces recognise that supporting their people through periods of change is essential. Feedback from employees highlights the importance of transparent leadership, open communication, and involving people in decisions that affect them. These are the qualities that help employees feel valued, informed, and able to do their best work.
“Congratulations to Leyton UK on achieving UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ recognition and for fostering a workplace culture that puts its people first.”
Building a Great Place to Work® for our people
Gillian Cole, HR Director at Leyton UK, said: “This achievement is down to our commitment to supporting our people’s wellbeing, growth and sense of belonging: whether through our enhanced family-friendly policies, health schemes, coaching and mentoring, comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, or opportunities to give back to our communities through paid volunteering.
“Throughout the year, we come together to raise awareness and support for numerous charities and initiatives, raising money and having fun along the way.
“The insights we gain from the Great Place to Work® survey help us understand what matters most to our people, and we use this feedback to continually review our benefits, including our Electric Vehicle (EV) policy, so they keep evolving alongside our people’s needs.”
Leyton’ commitment extends to professional development too, including funding qualifications and providing our consultants with a route to Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) recognition through our CMI-accredited Consulting Essentials Mastery Programme.
