Managing director Nicolas Jacquier expressed pride in facilitating this major milestone for hireful and fostering the alliance with private debt fund SME Capital.

hireful, a leading provider of recruitment software, was founded in 1999 as a traditional recruitment agency. Since then, they have evolved to offer ‘recruitment success’ to organisations through their industry-leading Applicant Tracking System (ATS), along with unrivalled support, training, and job advertising campaigns. Based in Northamptonshire, hireful is regarded as the best ATS for ‘everyday organisations’ and has a strategic focus on growing and investing further in the commercial side of their business.

The funding has been provided by SME Capital. This bespoke long-term funding package will support hireful’s growth strategy and expansion plans. Commenting on the deal, Regional Director Chris Collings noted the significant time and effort invested by the hireful team in building their market-leading platform and was excited to support the next stage of their journey.
