Ben Haythornthwaite: Ben is a Chartered Surveyor with a B.Sc. in Property Economics and over ten years of experience in diverse real estate roles. Ben started his career at Christie’s International Real Estate, managing the sale campaigns of country homes, farms, and estates across Ireland before moving to TWM, a boutique CRE advisory firm in Dublin. There, he specialized in investment brokerage, advisory, and appraisal and with a client portfolio including Goldman Sachs, Aramark, and Tesco, among others. In 2020, Ben relocated to Ontario, joining Manulife Investment Management and managing the Global Real Estate Analytics team, which provides insights on over $20 billion worth of real estate assets worldwide. In 2023, Ben completed a Data Science in Real Estate course at MIT before joining CoStar in early 2024 as Director of Market Analytics for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH).

Lisa Galliano: In 2022, Lisa relocated to Ontario, joining CoStar Group as a bilingual research consultant for the Ottawa and Montreal markets. There she acquired an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market and built relations with key decision makers. In early 2024, she became an account executive working directly with companies such as Leyton Canada, Avison Young and CFO Capital.

François Huot: François has over 20 years’ experience in client development and management. His experience spans financial services, tax consulting, market development and relationship management. He has held a variety of business management positions focused on building client relationships, has been a director of two Canadian financial institutions, and has managed private equity assets and M&A transactions.
