Dorian Kartalovski: Dorian is the Senior Director Innovation & Government Funding, based in our Montreal office. He holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, UK (2015) as well as a Post-Graduate Diplome in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal (2016). As the Director of the Innovation Consulting department, Dorian manages a team of over 35 Consultants and Managers in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. In 2021, he successfully completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Montreal. 

Nicholas Garcia: Nicholas is a Senior Innovation Consulting Manager living and working in Montreal. His area of focus is helping clients in the manufacturing sector grow their businesses through a variety of government incentives. With a background in chemical engineering and over 15 years working with the SR&ED program, he has had the chance to assist clients in a wide variety of technological sectors all across Canada to identify and secure funding opportunities.
