Regional Artificial Intelligence Initiative (RAII) – Prairies Canada

  • Total fund: $33.8 million over 5 years (until March 31, 2029)
  • Businesses: Up to 50% repayable support (between $250K – $5M)
  • Non-profits: Up to 90% non-repayable

Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund (CMIF)

Program overview: 

  • Up to $1.5 billion in total federal funding through 2030
  • Up to $50 million per project (and up $100 million for government)
  • Focus: Infrastructure supporting critical minerals value chains
  • Applications now open

Supply Management Processing Investment Fund (SMPIF)

  • Non-repayable funding covering up to 50% of eligible costs
