James has been nominated in the \u2018People Awards\u2019 category for \u2018Leader of the Year\u2019 thanks to his dedication to talent development at Leyton.<br><br>Over the last seven years, he has played a leading role in modernising our talent development programme, ensuring it achieves the absolute best for our business, our clients, and the individuals who make up our hard working teams across the entire organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James has pioneered a coaching-first, data-driven, and impact-led approach that has helped embed a culture of lifelong learning at all levels of the business.<br><br>Part of the success of his approach has been aligning learning and development with business objectives and driving revenue. As a result, we&#8217;ve seen some truly impressive results, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n<section id=\"ori-list_block\" class=\"ori-list full-w \"><div class=\" ori-list_only\">\n    <div class=\"ori-container\">\n        <div class=\"ori-row\">\n            <div class=\"list-content\">\n                                <ul>\n                    <li>Doubling new hire revenue.<\/li><li>Halving \u2018time to success\u2019 for new sales hires, dramatically cutting down the time it takes for them to achieve their 10th bookings.<\/li><li>Achieving a 929.5% ROI\u00a0from technical consultants and a\u00a0990.25% ROI\u00a0from financial consultants within their first year.<\/li><li>Seeing a 30% increase in revenue from teams whose managers attended leadership development training.<\/li><li>Having 96% of staff agree that they receive development support for their current jobs.<\/li><li>Having 94% of staff agree that a culture of learning exists at Leyton UK.<\/li><li>Receiving the LPI\u2019s Exceptional Learning Organisation accreditation \u2013 twice!<\/li>                <\/ul>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On becoming a finalist, James said: \u201cIt\u2019s very rewarding to be nominated for something that I\u2019m so passionate about.
