What does the International Women’s Day slogan, #ChooseToChallenge mean to you?

For me it means every choice has a consequence and those choices have the ability to make a positive change, so together lets speak up, act up and help create a brighter future.

What advice would you give to women who are about to embark on their career?

Don’t let fear stand in your way, be strong in your convictions and never lose sight of your worth. Consistently challenge yourself as this will enable growth and will encourage others to take that leap of faith.

Do you have a role model who has inspired you during your career?

I don’t have a specific role model however, I’ve been fortunate to work for and alongside inspirational women. These have encouraged me to push boundaries and helped me find the confidence to believe I could overcome obstacles with pure determination and courage.

What do you enjoy most about working at Leyton?

The abundance of opportunities and support is amazing. Not only am I given the freedom and the trust to express myself creatively, I feel valued as I’m recognised and rewarded.

Finally, how do you feel that Leyton supports women – both in their roles and their career growth?

Leyton is a diverse and gender neutral company that focuses more on talent and potential, this is evident in the high percentage of women holding senior positions within the company. It’s refreshing and inspiring to see that there’s no limits to what women can accomplish here.
