Function of the role: <\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Leyton is looking for a Skatte Jurist\/Tax Konsult to give legal advice on various topic such as R&D tax relief or Energy tax relief. The aim is to support the claim for our clients.<\/li>
  • You will work directly and closely with the CEO of Leyton Sverige AB. You will be the key legal person of the company.<\/li>
  • This is a very varied role and you will work with all fields of the industry and will have access to cutting-edge research projects and also working closely with the other in-house Technical and Financial Consultants at Leyton Sverige AB.<\/li> <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

    Main responsibilities will include:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Actively contribute to legal and case law monitoring to identify developments related to the activity of the R&D (Forskningsavdrag) and Energy Tax (El Skatt) claims.<\/li>
    • Drafting structured and argumented reports answering SKV inquiries and comments.<\/li>
    • Close collaboration with in-house consultants for the review of R&D\/Energy projects covering various industries ranging from (but not limited to) core IT, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Engineering and Science.<\/li>
    • Close collaboration with Tax partners and the Tax authority to defend claims.<\/li>
    • Meeting with some authorities to share Leyton\u00b4s point of view on some topics.<\/li>
    • Staying abreast of developments in industry and identifying new business opportunities and participate in creation of new business services.<\/li>
    • Updating the CEO on new regulations \/ laws.<\/li>
    • Conduct internal training in order to share updated legal news to all stakeholders of an audit mission.<\/li> <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

      Desired experience and skills:<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written).<\/li>
      • Master\u2019s degree in Tax Law or General Law Degree \u2013 from a Swedish University.<\/li>
      • Prior experience with Skatteverket or a knowledge of the Skatt process would be a bonus.<\/li>
      • Curiosity, awareness, and initiative oriented<\/li>
      • Excellent communication (both spoken and written) and ability to convey complex ideas into simple concepts.<\/li> <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n
