Their Pals are designed to use relevant context and memory over time, and to bring specialist assistance together, so AI can support more than isolated, one-off interactions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group power-pals-case-study\">\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":2} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What innovation did you claim for with Leyton?<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>\u201cOur R&amp;D focused on making AI assistants more useful and reliable in ongoing workflows. That included developing ways to retain relevant context across interactions, keep different assistants\u2019 contexts separate, coordinate multiple assistants, use current information and produce more consistent outputs. The claim covered qualifying work within our Power Pals project, rather than all of our development activity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><cite>Ben Geoghegan, CEO | Power Pals<\/cite><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:quote --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":2} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How did you find the claim process end-to-end? How did this compare to your expectations?<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI found the process collaborative and thorough. Leyton worked with us through technical and financial discussions, reviewed the underlying records, and helped identify and ring-fence the qualifying work and costs. It was more structured than simply pulling together a set of figures, but their guidance made it manageable. The process included interviews, information exchanges, record reviews and assessments which all lead to a great outcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":2} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What stood out for you during the process?<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeo\u2019s personal engagement and the wider relationship have stood out. The claim work also benefited from Leyton\u2019s R&amp;D specialists and technical advisers working with our team. It helps us sustain our investment in the product and in the technical work needed to make AI more useful in real business workflows.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":2} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What advice would you give to other businesses considering claiming R&amp;D Tax Credits with Leyton?<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTalk to Leyton early and explain the technical challenges behind your development work, not just the product you\u2019re building. Keep good records of the work, people\u2019s involvement and costs, and be open to separating genuine R&amp;D from routine development.
