Vor allem die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit muss weiter gest\u00e4rkt werden, um im internationalen Vergleich wieder aufzuholen. Hierf\u00fcr gibt es mehrere F\u00f6rderinstrumente, die in Frage kommen. ZIM hat sich in den letzten Jahren etabliert und ist ein bundesweites, technologie- und branchenoffenes F\u00f6rderprogramm vom BMWK.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurzvorstellung ZIM: Kernelemente inkl. Antragsverfahren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Zentrale Innovationsprogramm Mittelstand (ZIM) f\u00f6rdert drei Arten von Projekten:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 FuE-Einzelprojekte<br \/>\u2022 FuE-Kooperationsprojekte und<br \/>\u2022 Innovationsnetzwerke.<\/p>\n<p>Dadurch wird die Innovationskraft sowie die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit kleiner und mittelst\u00e4ndischer Unternehmen in Deutschland nachhaltig gest\u00e4rkt. Es werden auch internationale Partnerschaften und Netzwerke bzw. Kooperationsvorhaben gef\u00f6rdert. Hierbei unterst\u00fctzt man vornehmlich Projekte, die sich auf die Entwicklung neuer Produkte, Verfahren oder Dienstleistungen fokussieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zuwendung kann f\u00fcr verschiedene Aktivit\u00e4ten eingesetzt werden, die im Kontext zu Forschung und\/ oder Entwicklung stehen. Aktivit\u00e4ten k\u00f6nnen Einzelprojekte sowie Kooperationsprojekte zwischen Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen sein. Sie kann auch f\u00fcr das Management und die Organisation von innovativen Unternehmensnetzwerken (national oder international) genutzt werden. Im Zentrum der Zusammenarbeit steht die Nutzung von Synergien und die Beschleunigung von technologischen Innovationsprozessen, die den Unternehmenserfolg und Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit nachhaltig beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Das ZIM-Programm wurde k\u00fcrzlich an die neuen beihilferechtlichen Bestimmungen angepasst. Es erfolgte auch eine Anpassung an die Neuregelungen der Allgemeinen Gruppenfreistellungs-Verordnung (AGVO).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wer ist anspruchsberechtigt und wie l\u00e4uft das Antragsverfahren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anspruchsberechtigt sind Unternehmen, die weniger als 250 Besch\u00e4ftigte haben und einen Jahresumsatz von h\u00f6chstens 50 Millionen Euro. \u00dcberdies werden mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen unter 500 Mitarbeiter oder unter 1000 Mitarbeiter bei Kooperationsvorhaben ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Gef\u00f6rdert werden sowohl Personalkosten als auch Material- und externe Forschungskosten. Diese Kosten beziehen sich auf industrielle Forschung, experimentelle Forschung oder auf Durchf\u00fchrbarkeitsstudien (bei Kleinstunternehmen und kleinen Unternehmen).<\/p>\n<p>Alle Formulare des Programms sind \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglich, der Antrag wird im daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Portal hochgeladen und eingereicht. Die Bearbeitungszeit seitens des beliehenen Projekttr\u00e4gers bel\u00e4uft sich auf etwa 3 Monate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie viel F\u00f6rderung steht einem Unternehmen bei ZIM zu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die F\u00f6rderung erfolgt in Form von nicht r\u00fcckzahlbaren Zusch\u00fcssen, die je nach Art des Projekts und den damit verbundenen Kosten variieren k\u00f6nnen. Um F\u00f6rdermittel zu erhalten, m\u00fcssen Unternehmen einen Antrag stellen und die Kriterien des Programms erf\u00fcllen. Diese Zusch\u00fcsse variieren je nach Art des Projekts und den damit verbundenen Kosten.
