He holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, UK (2015) as well as a Post-Graduate Diplome in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal (2016). As the Director of the Innovation Consulting department, Dorian manages a team of over 35 Consultants and Managers in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. In 2021, he successfully completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Montreal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicholas Garcia: <\/strong>Nicholas is a <strong><em>Senior Innovation Consulting Manager<\/em><\/strong> living and working in Montreal. His area of focus is helping clients in the manufacturing sector grow their businesses through a variety of government incentives.
