The User declares that he is aware of the risks involved and accepts them. He acknowledges in particular that information transmitted or stored on the Internet may be intercepted or altered against Leyton&#8217;s will. It is the User&#8217;s responsibility to take all necessary precautions to protect himself against the effects of hacking, in particular by adopting a secure and appropriate computer configuration, installing regularly updated antivirus software and keeping his login details confidential. Leyton shall not, except in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on its part, be held liable for any contamination of the User&#8217;s computer equipment during or after his visit to the Site.<\/p><p>Furthermore, Leyton shall not be held liable for any misuse of the Site, its information or its services by the User. The User must in no way, directly or indirectly, attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; should he do so, the User may be held liable.<\/p><p>In addition, Leyton disclaims all liability for any decision taken by the User solely on the basis of the content published on the Site or in the replies to contact requests. Leyton makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date.
